Ty d\u00edvky m\u011bly zkr\u00e1tka nohy p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 huben\u00e9, nebyly svalnat\u00e9 a postr\u00e1daly soum\u011brnost. A pak jsem si prohl\u00e9dl video, ve kter\u00e9m cvi\u010dila bosonoh\u00e1 gymnastka, a tam jsem si uv\u011bdomil, jak kr\u00e1snou postavu ta d\u00edvka m\u00e1, a to v\u010detn\u011b p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u011b svalnat\u00fdch nohou. T\u00edmto chci \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee ch\u016fze po schodech m\u016f\u017ee napom\u00e1hat formovat doln\u00ed kon\u010detiny do kr\u00e1sy.Lymfatick\u00fd syst\u00e9m.
